Most refund requests are processed within the first two weeks of program enrollment, assuming less than 20% of course materials have been accessed.

  • Request submitted within 14 days of initial enrollment date

  • Less than 20% of program content accessed or downloaded

  • No completion certificates issued for any course modules

  • No prior refund requests made on your account within the past 12 months

These requirements help us maintain program quality while respecting that sometimes circumstances change. We review each request individually and consider extenuating situations on a case-by-case basis.

Course Changes

  • Programs completed beyond 80% of total content

Payment Method Details

Refunds are issued to your original payment method whenever possible. Here's what you need to know about timing and processing for different payment types.

Credit and Debit Cards

Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2-3 days to post the credit to your account.

PayPal

Refunds process faster through PayPal, usually appearing in your account within 3-7 business days of approval.

Bank Transfer

Direct bank transfers take longer to process, typically 7-14 business days. International transfers may require additional time.

Digital Wallets

Refunds to digital wallet services follow their respective processing timelines, generally 3-7 business days after we initiate the refund.

If your original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This may require additional verification for security purposes.

Partial Refunds and Prorations

Sometimes a full refund isn't appropriate, but a partial refund makes sense based on your program progress. We calculate these on a case-by-case basis.

Partial refunds are calculated based on content accessed, time elapsed since enrollment, and the specific circumstances of your request.

If you've completed between 20-50% of a program, we may offer a prorated refund that accounts for the value you've already received. This helps maintain fairness for both you and other students.

Programs with live components are prorated differently than self-paced courses. Live sessions represent scheduled resources that can't be reallocated once delivered, so they factor more heavily into proration calculations.

Special Circumstances

Life happens. We recognize that unexpected situations sometimes require flexibility beyond our standard policy. Here's how we handle unique cases.

Medical emergencies, military deployment, or significant family events may qualify for extended consideration. We'll ask for appropriate documentation and work with you to find a solution that acknowledges your situation.

In some cases, a program pause or extension may better serve your needs than a refund. We can place your enrollment on hold for up to six months, allowing you to return when circumstances improve.

If you're experiencing financial hardship, talk to us before requesting a refund. We may be able to arrange a payment plan or suggest alternative program options that better fit your current situation.
